On Jan 17, 2012, at the Zaabeel Palace, Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jia-bao and Mohammed, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, debriefed the Chairman Yang Wenjun on Dubai-China Phoenix Plaza project. The leaders of two nations fully affirmed the positive significance of project and pointed out it will promote the trade and economic cooperation and amicable exchange between China and UAE.
