The largest carrier in Asia China Southern Airlines plans to build not just a new corporate campus, but an entire small city as its headquarters on the outskirts of Guangzhou. Named China Southern Airport City. The international architecture practice Woods Bagot (We created architectural rendering for its Chongqing D7 Project) is designing the master plan, after winning a competition that included Paul Andreu and Zaha Hadid (We have cooperated with Zaha Hadid for many projects on 3d rendering and architectural visualization). the project is scheduled to begin rising on a 988-acre site about four miles from Guangzhou's Baiyun International Airport as early as the end of this year.
On the ground, the Woods Bagot plan connects the two parcels of land with a bridge and light rail system that extends over the highway, but gives each area a set of distinct functions. "We put most of the airline's internal functions, like a training center, staff dormitories, and data center facilities on the east parcel," along with plenty of outdoor space, designed in collaboration with Hargreaves Associates and Sherwood Design Engineers, says Weng. "Most Chinese cities are very dense and very urban, but China Southern wants to create a human-scale campus, that's close to nature."
On the western parcel, the section closest to the bridge will include public functions, such as a media center, business hotel, outlet mall, and performing arts center. Manufacturing, operations, and research buildings will be clustered further north. Although Weng estimates it may take 10 years for China Southern to complete the project, the result is intended to be "a mini-city of their own, sustainable for long-term growth."

One of the 2007 10 Wonders of the World
After a decade of high praise and controversy of China's CCTV Headquarters, one of the world's most talked about buildings is finally complete. The skyscraper's completion heralds a new era of Chinese architecture and offers to stand as a challenge for architects globally to take their unconventional designs off the page and into the built arena.
CCTV Headquarters is located in Beijing business center. It contains CCTV Headquarters building, Television Cultural Center, Service Building and Celebration Square, designed by architectural firm OMA and lead designers Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren. It was elected as 2007 10 Wonders of the World by American Times.

Design Denmark’s Museum of Natural History
The competition to design Denmark's Natural History Museum bring forth a plethora of incredible designs, controversy over differing visions, and one critically acclaimed winner. From 40 shortlisted entrants, six were selected as finalists, BIG architects, Lundgaard & Tranberg Architects, Snøhetta and David Chipperfield Architects.
The new museum will replace the old museums, the Zoological Museum, the Geological Museum and the Botanical Museum physically and when it comes to presentation of knowledge the university explains.
The top six tenders were awarded DKK 500,000 in order to fulfill this goal, with the winning team given a further DKK 500,000 as prize money.
The latter entry set out a simplistic objective in wanting to "to give Copenhagen and Denmark a beautiful museum, where the garden and its history still plays the lead role" according to Lene Tranberg of Lundgaard & Tranberg Architects, while BIG Architects used a more complex design ideology.
Industry favourites BIG architects and Lundgaard & Tranberg Architects, in association with architect Claus H. Pryds, exemplify the way approaches to shortlisted designs can differ even as objectives overlap.
In a unique move by the designers, interior elements will make as much impact on the exteriors as they will on the inside spaces, with the most notable addition that of a giant whale skeleton lit from the inside of the new and semi-transparent addition to make it appear as a façade feature.
The project is expected to complete on 2016/2017.

It is the problems of copyright protection for architectural works. It was caused by Zhang Xin, Pan Shiyi, microblogging condemnation of Chongqing, the nation's plagiarism.
Zhang Xin, issued a microblogging accused the project of Chongqing America, triggering a large-scale discussion of the users was behind Lao Pan and Zhang Xin, some people suspect that they are speculative behavior.

New Headquaterss of Twitter
Twitter moved 800 employees into its new headquarters and celebrated the building's maiden voyage with a midday barbecue, smoothie shots and chocolate covered strawberries on the rooftop deck. Even Twitter founder Jack Dorsey stopped by the party, tweeting "Our outdoor rooftop deck," with a photo. "Gorgeous."
Local photographer Troy Holden stopped in to snap some beautiful shots of the new office, which takes up three floors at 1355 Market Street.From what we can tell, Twitter may be big on offering employees common space, but very little about their new offices can be called common.The space features a yoga studio, a rooftop garden and an arcade-essential elements in any productive workplace, really.
